Anfo (province of Brescia) is the main tourist centre on the west side of Lake Idro and is situated at the mouth of the River Re at a height of 400 m. You can visit the imposing Anfo Fortress which stands between the lake and the slopes of Mount Censo, and was built by the Venetians in 1486.
