This health resort is situated on the west side of the Como branch of the lake, on the slopes of Mount Bisbino, about 8 km from the town of Como. In the town you can visit the little Romanesque Church of Sant’Agata and the Parish Church of San Martino, built in the fifteenth century and substantially altered in the baroque period. About twenty minutes walk away is the Church of Santa Marta, an eleventh century building with lovely views.
