Description
Misurina is a section of the town Auronzo di Cadore, located in the upper Ansei Valley near the lake of the same name.

It is a famous summer vacation resort, ideal point of departure for excursions in the surrounding area, and for authentic mountain climbing on the top of Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Cristallo, Sorapis and Cadini. In the winter season one can ski in the surrounding area, which is not connected, however, with the other Dolomite circuits. The few facilities in service serve four downhill slopes that connect Col di Varda Refuge, located at 2220 meters at Misurina Lake. Two circuits for cross-country, one 3 km long, the other 5 km, complete the range of winter offerings.
