This service is accessible to:

a) All the companies with a valid tax code (tax identification code in their respective country). EEC country members must provide a valid VAT registration code in order to receive regular invoices.
b) Established Associations, clubs, no-profit organizations

This service is not accessible to travel agents; they must access instead their web site at: www.italyhotelclub.com.

We offer three levels of access:

1) Basic Access: the entry level for all new registered companies gives a 5% discount on the best daily rates. Payment is settled immediately when booking by credit card, or by bank wire transfer within three days.

2) Privileged Access: dedicated to companies with medium/high booking volume, it gives at least 10% discount from best daily rates. Payment is settled immediately when booking by credit card, or by bank wire transfer within three days.

3) VIP Access: companies with high reservation volume can subscribe our service agreement and gain access to special rates with at least 10% discount from best daily rates. The special payment policy includes monthly cumulative payment of consumed reservations, without any pre-payment or deposit required.
All the on-line reservations must simply be re-confirmed by fax for safety.
