The favourable location of the hotel, situated in the historical and cultural centre of Venezia-Mestre, the renowned Piazza Ferretto, facilitates the reaching of Venice and its islands in 10 minutes by the public mean of transport, but also the Venetian villas, Padua and Treviso.
From the railway station of Mestre:
when you exit from the station of VENEZIA-MESTRE, cross the road and take bus line number 2. You get off the bus when you are at the bus-stop near the hospital of Mestre, on foot, you can then go on to Piazza Ferretto and to the hotel, where you'll be in few minutes. The bus-tickets costs € 1 per person. It takes not more than 10 minutes. If you take a taxi you need to ask for Piazza Ferretto and in 5 minutes you'll be at the rear side of the hotel.
From the airport of Venice:
by public conveyance you need to take bus line number 15 and get off the bus when you are at the bus-stop near the hospital of Mestre (it will take about 15 minutes). On foot, you can then go on to Piazza Ferretto and to the hotel, where you'll be in few minutes. The bus-tickets costs € 2 per person. If you take a taxi you need to ask for Piazza Ferretto and in 5minutes you'll be at the side of the hotel. You will spend from € 18,00 to € 35,00 By car:
when you are out from the highway at the exit of VENICE, you'll find yourself driving on the freeway of Mestre; you take the exit named VIA Miranese , then you follow the way to the Mestre centre, straight on at the lights along via Carducci, keep to the left and turn left into via Olivi,continue on the left and turn left into via Poerio,the square is on the right, stop the car and go on foot in hotel to ask the permission to the private car park.

If you take a taxi you need to ask for Piazza Ferretto and in 5minutes you'll be at the rear side of the hotel. You will spend from Euro 15,00 to Euro 25,00.

EXIT VENICE MESTRE PORTO
After the toll, keep in the right lane, direction Venice : at the roundabout after the Agip keep going straight and take the exit Venice Mestre Porto after 500 meters .Keep going straight up to the traffic lights, then turn left to Mestre Centro.Keep in the right lane going straight till the end of Corso del Popolo,then turn right and then left: keep the middle lane and follow the signs Hotel al Vivit ,you’re almost arrived!!!
EXIT VIA MIRANESE
After the toll follow to Trieste,and after about 1,5 km take the exit Via Miranese: on the roundabout take direction Mestre Centro .At the traffic lights turn left to Via Miranese and keep in driving untill you get to a crossing with Blockbuster on your right .Go straight on ,at the end of that street (via Carducci) turn righ to Via Cappuccina and at the first traffic lights turn left (Via Tasso).
At the roundabout turn left to Corso del Popolo ,go straight till the end ,then turn right and then left: keep in the middle lane and follow the signs Hotel al Vivit ,you’re almost arrived.
EXIT VIA CASTELLANA
After the toll follow to Trieste and after 2,5 km. Take the exit Via Castellana ,keep in right and right again by the Novotel ; at the traffic lights turn right ,keep in the middle lane .After the underpassage and another traffic lights , at the roundabout turn left to Via Einaudi ,keep in the right lane and go straight .At the third traffic lights turn right to Via Colombo and then right again to Piazza Barche. Keep in the middle lane and follow the signs Hotel al Vivit ,you are almost arrived!!!
