Per agevolare lo svolgimento delle attività svolte all'interno della Fondazione, un'ala del palazzo è stata ristrutturata, per trasformarla in una moderna foresteria, aperta tutto l'anno e a due passi dal ponte dell'Accademia. La struttura offre 18 camere, dotate di servizi, TV, telefono diretto e frigorifero. Il soggiorno include il servizio di prima colazione continentale a buffet. Sono inoltre disponibili 9 sale riunioni di varie dimensioni: da una hall di 25 mq al salone di 120 mq (capienza:200 persone), al "portego" di 145 mq.

A partire dal 24 Agosto 2011 è prevista una tassa di soggiorno pari a Euro 2,00 (alta stagione) / Euro 1,00 (bassa stagione) per persona, per notte. La tassa non è conpresa nel prezzo della camera. I bambini con meno di 10 anni non pagano. Pagano metà prezzo i ragazzi di età compresa tra 10 e 16 anni. Per soggiorni lunghi, la tassa viene applicata dal 6° giorno in poi.
