 The hotel is located in a peaceful part of Termizzina and has 20 rooms with views over the lake. They are constructed on three floors, comfortably reached by a lift. The majority of the rooms have their own balcony, where one can spend unforgettable moments.
The hotel has a swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.40 m., including shower-rooms. The poolside garden offers deck chairs and umbrellas from where one can enjoy the wonderful view over the lake and some unforgettable days with unbelievable scenery.
The hotel offers warm and efficient service.
The hotel complex offers parking possibilities in a spacious and closed underground garage, which is within reach of the rooms by lift.
The attractive park with its olive-trees has a swimming pool with solarium, deck chairs, tables and umbrellas. It is possible to enjoy delicious aperitifs or other different drinks at the bar or on the wonderful terrace from where you can view the lake. The hotel also has a TV-lounge with flat-screen and an internet-point.
On request, with extra charge, we offer transport to the station or airport.
L´albergo dispone di 20 camere distribuite su tre livelli raggiungibili con ascensore.
Tutte le camere, lontane dai rumori del traffico, godono di una magnifica vista sul lago e della piú assoluta tranquillitá.
La maggior parte di esse hanno un balcone privato dove poter passare indimenticabili momenti.
Arredate con raffinatezza e buon gusto le camere dispongono dei migliori comfort: Aria condizionata, telefono diretto, TV satellitare schermo piatto, cassaforte, frigobar , servizi privati con doccia ed asciugacapelli.
Disponiamo inoltre di una camera per disabili con adeguate attrezzature.
L'albergo dispone di una piscina con profondità massima di mt. 1.40 attrezzata con doccia .
Vi sono inoltre sdraio ed ombrelloni sia nel giardino che nel solarium adiacente dal quale si può godere di una vista meravigliosa sul lago e trascorrere giornate indimenticabili in uno scenario da sogno. L'albergo dispone dei più innovativi servizi e comfort alberghieri.
Il complesso offre ai suoi clienti la possibilità di parcheggiare nell´ampio garage coperto privato raggiungibile direttamente dalle camere tramite l'ascensore.
Nel grande parco cosparso di alberi di ulivo vi è la piscina con solarium annesso attrezzato di sdraio, tavolini ed ombrelloni.
È possibile gustare deliziosi aperitivi e bevande varie al BAR oppure sulla meravigliosa terrazza che domina tutto il lago.
Naturalmente non mancano nell´hotel la sala TV (Grande schermo piatto) ed internet point.

The "Tremezzina" (a union of the towns Colonno, Ossuccio, Lenno, Tremezzo und Griante) extends over the west shore of the lake Como, directly opposite from Bellagio. The climate is very mild and the vegetation lush.
Lake Como, known to locals as “Il Lario”, with its depth of 410 m it is the deepest lake in the lower Alpine region. It’s characteristic Y-form divides into three lake arms: Colico in the North, Lecco in the Southeast and Como in the Southwest. |

• By car: From Mailand: From the A9 motorway, take the Como North exit and proceed along the highway, SS340, towards Mennagio, which is about 25 km. On arrival in Tremmezo, 100 m past the church turn left in the (signed) direction of Intignano. Follow the road for about 800 m and you will arrive at the hotel “La Perla”, which is on the left side.
From Lugano: From the A2 motorway, take the exit Lugano North and follow the signs leading to Gandria. Drive in the direction of Porlezza and Menaggio. Once you arrive at the traffic lights in Menaggio, drive 6 km along the lake towards Como. In Tremezzo, pass the Agip- petrol station and you turn right towards Intignano. Follow this street for about 800 m and you will arrive at the hotel “La Perla”, which is on the left side.
• By train: The nearest railway stations are located in Lugano (Switzerland), about 35 km from Tremezzo, or in Como: “Como San Giovanni“ or „Como Nord Lago“ (Italy), both about 25 km from Tremezzo. From there the hotel “La Perla” can be reached by taxi, hire car or bus, as well as by boat or hydrofoil from Como.
• By air: The nearest airport is in Lugano (Switzerland), about 35 km from Tremezzo. The Milan airport “Malpensa” is 80 km away, the Milan airport “Linate” about 90 km and the airport in Bergano “Orio al Serio” about 120 km away. From there you can reach the hotel “La Perla” by means of public transport, by taxi or hire car. |
