RENTAL CONDITIONS

1. DRIVING LICENCE
   Drivers must produce an endorsement-clean driving licence held for at least one year ( or an International driving licence )
   Driver's age minimum:
   - 21 years old for vehicles of groups A-D
   - 25 years for other groups with licence possession of 3 years. .

2. DEPOSIT
   Deposits agains damage are required and a major credit card in name of the driver can be used for this purpose. Amount varies depending on Group of vehicle rented, however is never inferior to Lira 500.000,--

3. ACCESSORIES AND EXTRAS
   On request at time of booking we can submit you accessories as (ski)(luggage) racks, snowchains etc. at a cost of Lira 30.000; Baby seats at Lira 45.000, both V.A.T. inclusive. Upon request we can effect deliveries and collect cars at the following cost:
   - Lire 25.000 VAT inclusive within the City limits of our Locations
   - Lire 2.500 VAT inclusive with a minimum of 50 Km if outside the City limits.
   These costs will double if effected during Public Holidays or outside the normal office hours.

4. REFUELLING
   The vehicles are rented with a full tank and must be returned full. In case tank is not full upon return, beyond the cost of the missing fuel there will be a refuelling service charge of Lira 17.850 VAT inclusive.

5. ONE WAY RENTALS ( DROP )
   In case vehicles are returned at a different Italian location from that of pick up, a drop charge is applicable. Drops are to be requested at moment of booking. The minimum charge is Lit. 50.000 VAT inclusive.

6. REPLACEMENT
   DollaroExpress, at its unobjectionable judgement, can submit you a replacement vehicle in case of theft, fire, damage or total distruction of the rented vehicle.

7. VEHICLE RETURN
   If the rented vehicle is returned outside normal office hours, the reopening time of the location will be considered as return timing.

8. EXTRA HOURS
   Rates allow a 59' minute delay in returning the car ( except for special rates e.g. week-end rates) After 60 minutes - 1 hour the price of one extra day rental is charged.

9. DURATION AND EXTENSION OF RENTAL
   A 24 hour period is considered as rental day as of moment of pick up of the vehicle at our location. In case of changes in the rental period we request you to advise the initial rental location.

10. MILEAGE
    In case of breakdown or theft of your speed/mileage indicator Customer has to immediately inform the initial rental location. If this is neglected Customer will be charged for a calculated mileage based on the official geographical cards with a minimum of 100 kms per day.

11. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
    DollaroExpress vehicles are insured against third party liability and fire with a maximum coverage of Lira 3.000.000.000 for each acciden, valid for damages to third party persons, objects and animals.

12. C.D.W. - COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
    The subscription of C.D.W. at the beginning of the rental (included in our rates) eliminates Customer's liability for damages to the vehicle.
    In case of accident, theft or fire the Customer will have to pay a fixed charge of Lira 500.000 for groups A-D and Lire 700.000 for the remaining groups (+19% VAT).

13. DOLLAROEXPRESS SUPER ASSISTANCE
    The rates include the DollaroExpress Super Assistance, fast and efficient 24/24 h service to assist the Customers throughout their rental period. In case of necessity, call the toll free number 1678-20195 of the EUROPASSISTANCE basis.

14. MAINTENANCE, REPARATIONS
    These are free of charge at our locations, however Customer is authorized, without prior request, to have effected minor reparations up to a maximum amount of Lira 100.000. The amount prepaid will be reimbursed at the end of the rental if Customer submits regular invoice headed to DOLLARO EXPRESS SRL VIA SIMONE DE SAINT BON, 61 - 00195 ROMA - P.IVA 1406631000.
    For reparations of amounts superior to Lira 100.000 Customer has to contact the initial rental station for official authorization.

15. ACCIDENTS OR BREAKDOWNS
    The carrying of the vehicle is free of charge in case of accident or breakdown.

16. CARTA VERDE - GREEN CARD
    Rental rates include the "Carta Verde" which allows you to take the car abroad. Please refer to the specific clause on the rental agreement for particular countries in which are not allowed to take our vehicles.

17. AIRPORT CHARGES
    Rental rates include the Italian airport charges.
