Discount card HotelCard offers great advantages to the user and the Hotel's owner: we ask you to try to use good sense in trying to resolve any problem.
Please notice:

1. The participating institutions are immediately recognizable on this guide by the symbol of the HC discount card. Hotels will display the visible sticker "HotelCard".
   
2. Edizioni Dossier has tried to be as precise as possible with reference to hotels and restaurants conditions; however, such a complex work may obviously include some mistakes. We therefore suggest verifying the general condition when booking.
   
3. Declare the possession of your HotelCard when booking or upon your arrival.
   
4. HotelCard discount cannot be used with other discounts and it sometimes may not be compatible with your credit card; you therefore have to ask in advance if you want to pay by credit card.
   
5. The discount will be applied to the current prices, which may differ from those in this guide.
   
6. During particular periods, shown in every listing, no discount will be available. Special conditions are also included.
   
7. Generally the same discount is valid for the HotelCard user's family and friends. However, this depends on the restaurant or hotel owner. This can be arranged upon arrivals.
   
8. The discount refers to a meal, an overnight stay or full board; it generally does not include telephone expenses.
