Casa al Vento è un Borgo mediovale nel Comune di Gaiole in Chianti (Siena), in uno dei più suggestivi scenari toscani in posizione tranquilla e solitaria, circondato da una immensa distesa di verde.
Il Borgo è divenuto un complesso agrituristico ideale per chi cerca luoghi di armonia, con equilibrio tra vecchio e nuovo e per chi ama la natura, l’arte e lo sport.
I dintorni, in questa parte d’Italia così intrisa di arte e storia, sono rappresentati dai monumentali castelli, vecchie abbazie, borghi medievali e dalle più prestigiose città d’arte del Chianti.
La ricettività del Borgo è strutturata in 10 appartamenti e due camere doppie, con articolate e suggestive soluzioni di indipendenti alloggi da due a sette posti letto. All’interno del Borgo sono a disposizione degli ospiti le seguenti strutture: piscina con idromassaggio da cui si domina l’immensa distesa delle verdi colline circostanti (aperta da Aprile ad Ottobre), campo da tennis in posizione di assoluta privacy, laghetto per la pesca, parco recintato con animali, tipica cantina per socializzare e dove possono essere servite la prima colazione e/o la cena, barbecue ed antico forno a legna, lavanderia, telefono e parcheggi.
Gli appartamenti finemente arredati sono forniti di attrezzatura da cucina, biancheria da letto e da bagno, televisione, frigorifero, camino ed impianto autonomo di riscaldamento.
Casa al Vento (Windward House) is a charming medieval village, in the municipality of Gaiole in Chianti (Siena), in one of the most lush tuscan landscapes; it set in a wonderfully tranquil position; a sea of green stretches as far as the eye can see.
The Borgo is now an Agriturismo complex, ideal for anyone who seeking places of harmony, with equilibrium between old and new, and for those who love nature, art and sports.
This part of Italy is full of art and history, therefore visitors can have a wonderful holiday, touring all the monuments castles, ancient abbeys and medieval village in the area, together with the many towns and cities that compose the heart of Chianti.
The 10 appartaments and the 2 rooms offer various type of lodging for from two to seven people.
The following facilities are available to the guests: pool with hydromassage surrounded by a wooded hillsides (open from April to October), tennis court in a position of absolute privacy, a small lake for fishing; a fenced park with animals, typical wine cellar for socialising and where is served breakfast and dinner, barbecue and antique wood oven, laundry, telephone and parking.
The apartments are style furnished; the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots and dishes, lines, towles, TV set, fridge, fireplace, heating.
