We have on the average a 3 to 7 days backlog in answering Email messages but we always read all incoming messages doing our best to help you.
If you don't receive any answer this only means : "We don't know the answer or we can't help you!".
Only if your question is very urgent append the word Urgent to your message, but please don't abuse this!.

• Indices
  Please look at the Site Map page before posting your question. Many times we receive questions already answered in our pages. Suggestions about site navigation improvements are welcome!
  
• Hotels Information
  All the information concerning Hotels and accomodations are published in these pages and more information is added every day as more Hotels appear on the Web.
  We are not an agency, so please don't ask for prices or availability where not listed. It is the hotel's responsibility to send more information about their services. Use the information request form freely where available on the hotel's page.
  If you are looking for accomodations in a particular area try selecting the region and then the cities in that region.
• Maps, Brochures, Folders, Printed materials, Hotels Lists
  We don't have maps or printed materials to ship! Feel free to ask for a map or a documentation package from any Italian Tourist Office. Just send a letter with your address and a package will be shipped to you!
  Unfortunately we are not in direct relationship with Italian Tourist Bureau, so we are not in a position to handle such requests.
  You can find addresses of main offices in Tourist Offices Index.
  Tourist offices also maintain the complete guide to hotels in their area. For a printed catalogue of hotels and accomodations in a particular area just ask them by letter.
• Relatives, roots, lost towns
  If you had relatives left in Italy when your grandparents came to America, we can help you to locate small towns. Just send the exact name (or what you remember from old tales) and the region or zone (most are in Sicily, Calabria, Puglia and other southern regions).
  We cannot help to locate your relatives' address, phone number or to rebuild your genealogicaly tree.
  Trains and other schedules
  Our Trains Timetable is almost complete for main cities. For trains requiring connections and other unlisted schedules go to the Official Italian Rail Company Web Site. Please do not send any schedule request, we can't answer these requests anymore.
  For other schedules about planes, ships, ferries, buses, we try to locate related web sites and just link to them. The full list is in the Transportation and Timetables page. You can look also on the cities pages for local information (if available).
• Suggestions, Experiences and "Italy Forum"
  Every kind of suggestion is always welcome! If you think that something is wrong or something else would be better just write us your comments. Please don't say : "I'm planning a trip next summer, please give me a suggestion on places to visit"; It's impossible for us to answer this kind of request!.
  We encourage experience sharing among users through our Italy Forum, a sort of Blackboard where you can post your request or write down your Italian travel impressions.
• Links and other tourism related sites
  No one is perfect! We can't be all things to all people, so if you can't find something on our site before leaving go to Links page to look for other tourism related sites about Italy and other countries.
  If you know or maintain a web site not listed in our links page feel free to contact us. We are always looking for new links and links exchange!
• Updated Informations
  In a work of this complexity, there are inevitably errors and imprecisions; we ask our visitor to excuse these and to let us know of any corrections or out-of-date information.
