L'antica masseria LA MORELLA Vi offrirà la possibilità di apprezzare la natura, le tradizioni e la gastronomia della Piana del Sele. L'imponente edificio rurale, oggi destinato agli ospiti, era un tempo popolato dalla famiglia padronale e da numerose famiglie di coloni e braccianti. La sua struttura, antica di due secoli, è quasi quella di un piccolo villaggio, dotato di chiesa, forni per il pane, stalle e granai.
Il ristorante dell'azienda Vi offrirà una calda atmosfera familiare e la possibilità di gustare i prodotti dell'azienda e la cucina tipica locale. Tra le specialità: mozzarella di bufala, pasta fatta in casa, pane e pizze cotte nell'antico forno a legna.
Numerosi prodotti dell'azienda (vino, frutta di stagione, olio, succhi di frutta, miele, limoncello...) possono inoltre essere acquistati.

Farm holidays in the farmhouse LA MORELLA
The farmhouse LA MORELLA offers to his guests a chance of having a holiday in authentic contact with the nature and with the traditions of Campania. It is located in the plain of the river Sele, one of the principal agricultural areas of the whole southern Italy, particularly known for the production of mozzarella (a fresh cheese made of water buffaloes milk) and fruit (especially peaches and apricots). The area, is famous for the presence of the PAESTUM TEMPLES (the Neptune temple is the most beautiful example left of doric style architecture).
The farm is located about three kilometers far from the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway (exit Battipaglia). It is ten minutes by car far away from the sea and twenty minutes far from Paestum temples. Its favourable geographic position allows to reach in short journeys by car a number of wonderful places like:
- The Cilento coast (40 min.)
- The Amalfitan coast (45 min.)
- Pompei and Ercolano escavations (60 min.)
- The volcano Vesuvious (60 min)
- The Amalfitan coast (45 min.)
