Cancellation Policy
A free cancellation of this reservation is possible until 7 days prior to arrival day. After this date, the hotel will charge every cancelled roomnight as cancellation fee. Cancellation are to be made through the ITWG system - or by fax. |
Checkin Information
Check-in is possible from 12 o'clock noon. If the arrival should be earlier, we can store your luggage in the meanwhile. LATE check-in is possible until 9pm. After 9pm, check-in is only possible if we are advised before your arrival. Check-out is at 11am. |
