Hotel Florida is situated in the historical center of Venice a few steps from the train station of Venice and five minutes walking distance from the terminal parking. The hotel is near the Canal Grande and the main boat-lines which leads you through all Venice. Accommodation in rooms with bathroom air conditioning tv and telephone plug for the connection of your laptop computer. Bar service with small snacks kitchen. Dinner/lunch (ITL.35.000) in a restaurant in front of the Canal Grande near our hotel. Possible reservation for visiting the secret itineraries of Palazzo Ducale (24.000) Tour with guide in english or french language through the halls, the hidden rooms and the prisons of the "old palace of doges".

Take your tennis shoes with you, we will lend you tennis rackets and balls ! The tennis courts are located 5 minutes walking distance from our hotel. Helicopter service and a sailing boat proposal available in Summer. Beach 40 minutes by boat-line from the hotel. The hotel suggests venetian cultural trips about: classical and lyrical concerts (it is possible to reserve tickets for the Palafenice theatre), jazz and blues concerts in typical venetian wine bars,museums and art exhibitions, folkloristic events (Venice February Carnival, "Redentore" in July, "regata storica" ...).

It is possible to park your car in Tronchetto, an island at the end of the long bridge that leads to Venice. Turn right for "Tronchetto Parking" at that end of the bridge where we have discounted tickets (you will pay around 20.000 Lit. per day), from Tronchetto take the public boat line (vaporetto) to the rail station (left direction, 2 stops). Otherwise you can park the car in front of the rail station of Mestre (8.000 per day) and take a train to Venice ( 1 stop/10 minutes).If you come by train turn left out of the train station. From the Airport there are a blue bus or the taxis to Piazzale Roma Parking where it is also possible to park for 30.000 ITL., There you will find the boatline to the railstation (1stop/right hand)."
