Our rates are all included (taxes, services, linen, etc). You can remain in touch with your family or office through our Friends with Friends calling and booking center: Internet, Email and receive faxes service are available for all our Friends. Free maps and information on Roman Events are available. All major credit card are accepted Rates do not include breakfast that is available in most of our b&b at a reasonable price |
Guarantee information
Every room, appartment and house has been visited and classified. Those who dont meet our standards are not accepted. All our accomodation is well equipped and tastefully furnished. We are proud to offer some exclusive accomodation with antique furniture in small and anciet buildings in the historical center. Rooms or appartments are all compliant with the law . The law says, our standard is higher, that the rooms should be clean and tidy the sheets and towels should be changed at the time of arrival and weekly thereafter. The minimun standard of furnishing should be composed by a central lamp and a side bed lamp, a table and a chair (two for two bedded rooms and so on), a cupboard, the size in width for a double bed should be cm 180 , single beds shoul measure minimun cm 82. The bathrooms, either private or shared should be exeptionally clean. The tipical breakfast should include a choice between milk and coffe, the, orange squash; fresh bread and/or croissants and/or french toasts; butter and jam. |
Cancellation Policy
Prices: Prices are based on known costs at 1st October 1998, the Price includes what clearly stated on the web pages. Reservations: Are needed - please book as soon as possible. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only where stated. Children: Children under 12 can get an extra bed put in for $ 25 per day. Cancellation: A refund will be made up to 24 hrs before an arrival. For a cancellation at more than 30 days from arrival there is the loss of all the deposit (30% of total price). Between 8 and 30 days from arrival loss of 35% of total price. Between 1 and 7 days is a loss of 50% of total price. For cancellations on the day of arrival there is a loss of 100% of total price. Non-arrivals will be charged in full. Amendments are accepted in writing within a month of arrival, we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee, or within 7 days a proper cancellation fee may apply. We have no liability for Accident or loss or damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct consequential loss, however caused. We do not manage or own the proprieties used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof. General Conditions: we may require to terminate any contract at our discretion if we deem their conduct offensive or a nuisance to other people nearby. No servant or agent of ours can vary our conditions and any such variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by one of our directors. |
