Dear Sirs, with this letter we are glad to illustrate to you what “In riva al lago”s.n.c. offers in its structures, located in the heart of the town of Como,50 m far from the lakeshore. We can offer, in brand new structures, stays in hotel rooms and flats, which can host small and big groups ( from 1 to 18 guests). Our structures have services and facilities that can be compared to those offered by two or three stars’ hotels, but at much more convenient prices. We can grant you an hotel service in new and accurated structures, and you can save 20-35% of the price you would pay in an hotel. We are located in the touristic centre of our town and our guests will find the following public services at hand: - trains to Milan ( Ferrovie Nord Milano, 100 m from the lakeshore ); - trains to Milan and to Switzerland ( F.F.S.S., 10 minutes on foot from the hotel); - boats to travel on the lake, 200 m from the hotel; - funicolar of Como, 300 m from the hotel; - trains and buses to Malpensa, 50 m from the hotel; - many banks and credit institutions; - many bars, restaurants and pizzerias directly by the lakeshore; - free parking places, reserved for our guests, and parking places with staying time. The half of our guests are young people ( especially from USA, Israel, Canada, Australia and Europe), aged between 18 and 40, who normally stay for a couple of days, and then leave our town to continue their trip to Europe or to go back to their home countries. We also remind you that Como is just 40 minutes far away from Malpensa, 50 minutes from Linate, almost two hours from the airport of Zurich. It is possible to reach easily the towns of Bergamo, Varese and Lugano. The rest of our guests is composed by families, who, staying in our flats,can find an hotel atmosphere together with family’s comforts, and by people who join in the great amount of meetings and congresses organized in the town during the whole year.

La struttura può ospitare sino a 12 persone in camere singole e doppie. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione quattro bagni comuni utilizzabili contemporaneamente da più persone, 2 per gli uomini e 2 per le donne.

We guarantee you a hotel service with profitable pricess, an interesting alternative at the holiday or at the night in hotel.
The building can host till twelve people, in single and double rooms. The guests can have two shared baths at their disposal for more persons simultaneously, 2 for men and 2 for women.
The structures are closest the stations of all bus, trains, boats, for who loves excurtions on ours lake's shores.
