Nell'incantevole paesino di Loro ciuffenna, a soli 5 minuti dal residence, si trovano negozi, bar, banche e ottimi ristoranti. La vicina montagna del Pratomagno è il luogo ideale per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, passeggiate a cavallo.

 La Ferriera presents an impressive property standing on the banks of the small river that winds its way over rocks and on down through the delightful little Tuscan town of Loro Ciuffenna. Originally an old mill and later on an iron works, La Ferriera today has been meticulously restored and converted into 19 high standard apartments, which retain typical Tuscan features.
The apartments are simply, but comfortably furnished in true Tuscan style, and most of them have their own private outdoor eating area.
A splendid swimming pool, tennis court, laundry room, parking and reception are available. The enchanting medieval town of Loro Ciuffenna with shops and restaurants is at only 5 minute walk away. The slopes of the mountain Pratomagno are especially good for walking and mountain biking. Italian, art, history and cooking classes can be organized upon request.

 Die Ferriera ist ein wunderschönes Grundstück am Ufer eines kleinen Flusses, zwischen Gebirgstein und einem Wasserfall, in der Nähe eines kleinen mitteralterlichen Dorfes von Loro Ciuffenna. Der ganze Komplex, vorher eine alte Mühle und später ein Eisenwerk, wurde original rekonstruiert und verfügt Heute über 19 perfekt eingerichtete Appartment.
Alle Zimmer haben eine Privatterasse. Die Residenz verfügt weiter über ein Swimmingpool, Tennisplatz, Wäscherei und Privatparkplatz. Im 5 Minuten entfernten märchenhaften Loro Ciuffenna befinden sich diverse Geschäfte, Banken und sehr gute Restaurants. In der nahegelegenen Bergkette Pratomagno verfügen Sie über ideale Wandermöglichkeiten zu Fuss, mit Mountainbike oder zu Pferd.
Auf Wunsch bestehen Möglichkeiten an Kurse für Italienisch, Kunst und Geschichte oder Kochkurse der einheimischen Küche teilzunehmen.
