STORIA: Al centro di un'azienda agraria di 90 ettari interamente coltivata a girasoli, grano e barbabietole si trovano i vecchi casali che dall'800 fino al 1960 sono stati occupati dai contadini che lavoravano nell'azienda. Nelle loro corti si svolgevano le più importanti feste di tradizione popolare, quali la trebbiatura e la vendemmia dirette a scandire le stagioni ed a celebrare il "buon raccolto". Oggi i casali sono stati interamente recuperati e ristrutturati dai proprietari nel pieno rispetto della stratificazione dei tempi e delle esigenze che esprimevano. Ecco infatti che accanto a pareti di pietra si accostano mura di vecchi mattoni secondo l'usanza di ingrandire la casa in base al bisogno dettato da un figlio che si sposa e da una famiglia che aumenta oppure dalla necessità di porre accanto alle stalle dei buoi gli essiccatoi per il fieno. Gli interni, riprendendo la tradizione che mai, in Umbria o in Toscana, le pareti delle case contadine erano tinteggiate di bianco, esprimono i colori della natura circostante, il verde dei campi, il giallo dei girasoli, l'ocra della terra arata mentre alcuni particolari dell'arredamento si ispirano a quadri famosi in ragione della passione per la pittura di uno dei proprietari, le cui opere astratte sono collocate nelle pareti delle due gandi sale.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Per chi viene in auto, dal Nord o dal Sud Italia basterà uscire al casello autostradale A1 - Chiusi/Chianciano Terme, proseguire per circa 20 km in direzione di Chiusi-Castiglione del Lago ed una volta arrivati in località Moiano dopo circa 6 km voltare a sinistra superando un cavalcavia ferroviario, quindi voltare subito a sinistra e dopo circa 300 metri prendere la prima strada sterrata a destra caratterizzata da dei cipressi piccoli. A questo punto basterà alzare gli occhi sulla collina per vedere il casale. L'areoporto più vicino è quello di Perugia a 30 km ed è collegato con i principali aereoporti nazionali. L'aereoporto di Firenze è a circa 110 km. L'aereoporto di Roma-Fiumicino è a circa 100 km. La stazione ferroviaria più vicina è quella di Chiusi a 10 km., dove si può prendere un taxi.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HISTORY: Located in the middle of a 90-ectare-farm with lots of sunflower and wheat cultivations, you can see the old houses that since 1800 up until to 1960 were dwelt by the country men who worked there.In their yards some important and rural celebrations took place about peculiar events like harvesting. Nowadays the farm houses have been completely restored by the owners following the ancient architectonical traditions and respecting the necessities of the dwellers. In fact you can see brick walls and stone walls on alternate levels following the usual habit of the country man who, to widen the house once his son got married, tried to gain more room for a bigger family. The walls of the rooms, according to the old way, are not whitewashed and take the same colour of the sorrounding natural enviroment, that is the green of the fields and the plans, the yellow of the sunflowers and the peculiar colour of the ploughed land. Instead the colours of the antique piceces of furniture are inspired by some famous paintings of a passionate painter who was one of the owners, whose masterpieces still decorate the old walls of the two main halls.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This place is easily reachable for those who come from either South or North of Italy from motorway A1. Just get out at Chianciano Terme and then keep straight on to Castiglione del Lago for 20 km.Once arrived at Moiano turn left after 4 km. overcoming an overpass, then turn left again and after 500 metres take the first way on the right hand side. At this time the hill is right in front of you and you will see the farm house in the distance. The nearest airport is at Perugia, 45 km far with connecting flights to all the other major national airports. Collelungo is midway between Florence airport (120 km) and Fiumicino in Rome (110 km). Es liegt innerhalb eines ausgedehnten Privatebesitzes von 90 Hektar Land. Das Haus ist umgeben von sanften Wiesen, Olivenhainen, Rebhügeln und Baumgruppen. Die weitläufige Landschaft um den Lago Trasimeno bietet grossartige Panoramen. Collo Lungo liegt ideal zum Wandern durch unberührte Natur, genauso wie zum Relaxen, zum Verweilen und Geniessen des Augenblickes. Das Haus hat 10 komplett unabhängige Wohnungen. Sie bieten 1 bis 2 Schlafzimmer mit 1 oder 2 Bädern, eine grosse Wohnküche. Alle haben einen eigenen Telefonanschluss mit Internetmöglichkeit. Die Anlage bietet einen gemeinsamen TV-Raum an mit Satellitenanschluss. Auf Wunsch wird ein täglicher Reinigungsservice geboten. Jede Wohnung hat eine Terasse und/oder Essplatz im Freien. Ein sehr schöner Badesee, der Lago di Trasimeno, kann in 10 min erreicht werden. Dort lässt es sich absolut ungestört baden, fernab von Lärm und Hektik. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 1km entfernt. Castiglione del Lago bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nur 7 km Entfernung. Sienna und Cortona sind ca. 40 und 20km entfernt. Der Pool bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick. Den Gästen steht auch noch eine finnische Sauna und ein Fitnessraum zur Verfügung. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist von ausgesuchter Qualität. Das Haus wurden sehr liebevoll und aufwendig renoviert. Alte Balkendecken, Natursteinmauern und original toskanische Cotto-Böden wurden mit modernen italienischen Designmöbeln sehr gelungen kombiniert. Jede Wohnung ist in einer anderen Grundfarbe gehalten. Sie entsprechen den Farben der Jahreszeiten und der umgebenden Natur: rosa, hellgelb, himmelblau, zartgrün, elfenbein und ocker.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Auf der A1 Richtung Rom bis Ausfahrt CHIUSI/CHIANCANO TERME. Richtung CHIUSI. Dann dem Strassenverlauf 20 km folgen in Richtung CHIUSI/CASTIGLIONE DEL LAGO. Sie durchfahren das Dorf MOIANO. Nach ca. 6 km biegen Sie links auf die Eisenbahnbruecke, dann sofort wieder links und nach ca. 300 m rechts den Schotterweg hoch zur Anlage. Der naechst gelegene Flughafen ist Perugia (30 km.) Der Hauptbahnhof von Chiusi ist 10 km entfernt, wo Taxen zur Verfuegung stehen.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HISTORIA: Al centro de una hacienda agricola de 90 hectàreas enteramente cultivadas con girasole, grano y betabel se encuentra la rustica hacienda que desde los anos 800 hasta 1960 estuvo ocupada por campesinos que trabajaban para ella. En sus patios se efectuaban las màs importantes fiestas de tradiciòn popular, tales como el procesamiento del trigo y la vendimia, destinadas a festejar el cambio de estaciones y la buena cosecha. Hoy la rustica hacienda ha sido totalmente restructurada por sus propietarios, en funciòn del transcurso del tiempo y de las nuevas exigencias. Asi es como junto a paredes de piedra se unen muros de viejos ladrillos, que segùn la tradicion agrandaban las casas, o porque un hijo se casaba y aumentaba la familia o bien, por la necesidad de colocar al lado de los corrales de los bueyes, el recinto para la pastura. Los interiores, de acuerdo con la tradicion nuevamente, que determina que jamàs en Umbria o en Toscana (Italy), las paredes de las casas campesinas estaban pintadas de blanco, expresan los colores de la naturaleza circundante, el verde de los campos el amarillo de los girasoles, el ocre de la tierra arada mientras algunas caracterìsticas de la decoraciòn de los interiores se inspiran en cuadros famosos, en razòn de la pasiòn por la pintura de uno de los propietarios, cuyas obras abstractas estàn colocadas en las paredes de dos grandes salones.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Para quien viene en automobil, del Norte o del Sur de Italia, es necesario salir a la barrera (autostradale) A1 - Chiusi/Chianciano Terme, continuar por apròximadamente 20 km. en direcciòn Chiusi-Castiglione del Lago y una vez alcanzada la localidad Moiano, despues de alrededor 6 Km. girar a la izquierda superando un puente del ferrocarril. Luego, dar vuelta enseguida a la izquierda y después de unos 300 metros, tomar la primer calle de tierra a la derecha, caracterizada por pequenos cipreces. A esta altura, es suficiente mirar la collina que està al final de la calle para ver la hacienda. El aeropuerto màs cercano es el de Perugia a 30 km. y està conectado con los principales aeropuertos nacionales. El aeropuerto de Firenze està a aproximadamente 110 km. El aeropuerto de Roma-Fiumicino, està a unos 100 km.
