Il Mini Hotel e' un piccolo complesso turistico, situato sulla costa sud dell'isola d'Elba, in una zona molto tranquilla, immerso nel verde con un bellissimo panorama sui due golfi di Lacona.
Gli appartamenti, gestiti personalmente dai proprietari, sono stati ristrutturati nel 1999 ed hanno un arredamento particolarmente curato. Ogni appartamento è dotato di entrata indipendente e possiede un balcone vista mare.
Il Residence e' distante 950 m dalla spiaggia di Lacona, dove si trova un parcheggio all'ombra, riservato ai soli clienti del Mini Hotel.Siamo aperti tutto l'anno e si può arrivare e partire ogni giorno della settimana. Lacona si trova al centro sud dell'isola e quindi ottimale per i ciclisti con percorsi in asfalto e sterrato. Abbiamo a disposizione un garage chiuso e coperto per le biciclette.

 The Mini Hotel is a little touristic complex situated in a peaceful area hidden among the mediterranean macchia vegetation with a splendid panoramic view over the two gulfs of Lacona.
All the apartments , directly managed by the owners, are completely furnished and dispose of phone, TV and a balcony with sea view.
There are a small bar and some games for the children in the garden.
The Residence is only 950 meters away from the large sandy beach of Lacona where you can find a covered parking reserved only for our guests.
Lacona is situated in middle of the island and is a good area for road and MTB bikers. We have a garage for the bicycles.

 Das Mini Hotel ist ein kleiner Turisten-Komplex und befindet sich an der Südküste der Insel Elba, in einer ruhigen Lage mit Mittelmeermacchia und einer fantastischen Aussicht auf beide Meeresbuchten von Lacona.
Die Appartments, die von den Eigentümern selbst geführt werden, wurden 1999 ganz neu renoviert.
Alle Appartments sind mit Telefon und TV mit 4 deutschsprachigen Programmen ausgestattet, verfügen über einen eigenen Eingang und haben einen Balkon mit Meeresblick.
Direkt am großen Sandstrand von Lacona, der 950 m vom Mini Hotel entfernt liegt, befindet sich ein schattiger kostenloser Parkplatz nur für Gäste des Mini Hotel's.
Lacona befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel Elba und ist somit ein Paradies für Radfahrer. Ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder steht zur Verfügung. Wir haben das ganze Jahr geöffnet und man kann täglich an-und abreisen.
